To get started, simply reach out through the contact form or email me directly. We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and preferences. From there, I’ll recommend the best package suited to you, and we’ll begin creating your personalised training and nutrition plan.

  • Each package is tailored to suit different levels of support. The Bronze package provides you with a one-time, self-guided 4-week programme, while the Silver package includes bi-weekly check-ins and updates to keep your progress on track. Check-ins vary depending on your package. For Bronze, it’s every 2 weeks; for Silver, it’s weekly; and for Gold, it’s every other day. During check-ins, we’ll assess your progress, discuss any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to your plan to keep you on track.

While having access to a gym will allow for more variety in your training, I can also design home-based workouts if needed. Whether you’re training at home with limited equipment or in a fully-equipped gym, your programme will be created based on your available resources.

Yes! If you’re based in Birmingham, I offer one-to-one personal training sessions. We can work together directly to refine your technique, optimise your performance, and achieve your goals.

Yes, I provide detailed nutrition advice tailored to your fitness goals. This includes guidance on caloric intake, macronutrient breakdowns, and meal recommendations. The depth of support will depend on your package. For example, the Gold package includes a full meal plan, while the Bronze package focuses on general diet advice.

With the Bronze package, your programme is set for 4 weeks. With Silver, your programme is updated every 2 weeks, and with Gold, you’ll receive weekly updates to adjust to your progress and challenges.
